What we provide

SameTest offers practice tests that look and work like Indian computer-based exams. We are not connected with any examination body. The tests, questions and screens are our own or used with permission; names of real examinations are used only to describe the pattern a test follows.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• The details you give must be true. You may correct them at any time on the My account page.
• You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Fair use of the content

• Tests, questions, images, explanations and results are for your personal preparation only.
• You may not copy, record, share, sell or publish any test content, or use it to run coaching or another service.
• You may not try to break into the site, interfere with other students' attempts, or use automated tools on it.

Free and premium tests, packs

• Some tests are free; others are premium and open only with an active pack.
• A pack unlocks all premium tests of the exam and subject it covers, including tests added later, until the pack's expiry date. Pack prices, validity and contents are shown on the pack page before you buy.
• Packs are for one student and cannot be transferred.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Results and ranks

Scores, ranks and percentiles are calculated automatically among the students who took the same test on SameTest. They are for practice only and do not predict your result in any real examination. Only a student's first attempt at a test is ranked.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise it. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service, and we may correct questions and answers after publication. We are not responsible for loss caused by an interruption, by a question error, or by your own device or internet connection.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
